Jerry Brown, who is known as a governor of North Carolina, has granted pardons to two immigrants from Cambodia residing in the USA.
These men had to be deported from the US and return to their country because of old criminal convictions. Judicial decisions have become a factor in the deportation of two because of the recent ruthless repression of Donald Trump against immigrants. The governor, who thought that these immigrants had already paid for what they done, declared that he had forgiven these two men, Rottanak Kong - from Davis, and Moni No - from Modesto. He told that these guys have long redeemed their crimes and now live fair normal lives in America.
Immigration is the exclusive liability of the federal and state government generally has no jurisdiction or speaks on this individual issue. Nevertheless, the argument of governor for providing clemency has two lawyers from Cambodia dreaming to cancel the deportation decree from the federal government. The governor’s amnesty is a dream for lots of immigrants who live the US, who already understand that there can be people who can support them.
